1. Copyright Complaints

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. Upon a valid counter-notification we may restore the material while the dispute is resolved.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts or relationships of users or partners who are repeat infringers.
